Jesus was telling the people that when they not only believe in Him, but abide and study His Word, then they would be free. There are many ways we are held in chains. Father, I long to be closer to You. I thank You for setting me free from physical and Spiritual chains. I see where I have been bound. I release all of the negative circumstances and accept Your freedom in return. I want to know You on a deeper level. I desire to experience You more intimately. Thank You for freeing me from not only sin, but also a negative self-image. I can never express how grateful I am, so I will simply say, “I love You.” In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
