We are in a battle every single second of every single day. We may not be fighting physically, like our wonderful and much appreciated soldiers, but we fight spiritual wars. We battle the enemy and his forces every day. His battlefield is in the mind. If he can get our minds off God and onto ourselves, then it opens the door and gives him a foothold to reach into our lives.
